We provide a shipping notification the moment your products leave our warehouse. We typically ship with Canada Post, major metropolitan areas can expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Xpresspost delivery (1 to 3 business days) is also available at checkout. We have recently upgraded our shipping system and our average delivery times over the last 3 months have been 3 business days.
